# Acceptable Use Policy

This policy describes prohibited use of NEXQ's services.

## 1. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the services to:
- violate laws, rights, contracts, or platform policies;
- distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, phish, spam, or bypass security;
- scrape, overload, or disrupt systems without authorization;
- process data without lawful rights or required notices/consents;
- create, facilitate, or conceal illegal discrimination, harassment, abuse, exploitation, or violence;
- process PHI, children’s data, biometric data, or other restricted data unless the applicable agreement and controls authorize it;
- use AI features to impersonate people deceptively, create unlawful deepfakes, make high-risk decisions without approval, generate malware, or evade safety controls;
- reverse engineer or benchmark in violation of applicable terms;
- use the services for emergency services, critical infrastructure, life-support, or safety-critical functions unless expressly authorized.

## 2. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access, remove content, notify affected parties or authorities, or preserve evidence where lawful.
