This policy explains how to report alleged copyright infringement involving NEXQ's services.

## 1. Reporting infringement
Send notices to: NEXQ Legal Notices, hello@nexq.us, Irvine, CA, United States — contact hello@nexq.us for legal notices.

A notice should include the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and location, your contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized, and your signature.

## 2. Counter-notices
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the required information. We may restore content where permitted by law.

## 3. Repeat infringers
We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
