This notice applies to job applicants, employees, contractors, directors, officers, and workforce members of NEXQ.

We may collect identifiers, contact details, employment history, education, references, background check information where lawful, payroll/tax data, benefits data, immigration eligibility, device and system logs, location data for facilities, communications, performance information, and health/safety information.

## 2. Uses
We use workforce data for recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, security, HR administration, performance management, investigations, litigation, health/safety, and business operations.

## 3. Monitoring
Company systems may be monitored for security, compliance, productivity, investigations, legal obligations, and acceptable use, subject to applicable law and notice requirements.
