# Mobile Application End User License Agreement

This EULA applies to mobile apps provided by NEXQ. It should be reconciled with Apple App Store, Google Play, and enterprise distribution rules.

## 1. License
Subject to these terms, NEXQ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control for personal or internal business purposes.

## 2. App store terms
Your use may also be subject to Apple App Store, Google Play, or other distribution platform terms. The app stores are not responsible for the app, support, warranties, claims, or compliance except as required by their rules.

## 3. Permissions and data
The app may request permissions such as camera, photos, microphone, notifications, Bluetooth, health data, location, contacts, motion, or storage only as needed for disclosed features. You may manage permissions in device settings, but some features may not work.

## 4. Updates
We may provide updates for security, functionality, or legal compliance. Some updates may be required to continue using the app.

## 5. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, bypass security, misuse APIs, or use the app for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

## 6. Health and safety
Unless expressly stated and approved, the app is not a medical device, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice. Seek professional care for medical concerns.

## 7. Termination
This license ends when you uninstall the app, when your account terminates, or when we terminate access for violation of terms or legal requirements.
